Excellent Hotel Experience
really good carefree drinkair conditioning
The staff showed really good care, always ready to help with useful information. i received a voucher for a free drink plus a 10% discount at the restaurant, a good bonus to my wonderful visit. the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast and dinner were exquisite with perfect service and ambiance. the spa was clean and rejuvenating.
The room's air conditioning was not very effective. It required HOURS to cool down the space. the bed firmness made sleeping difficult, and the curtains did not block out much sunlight, affecting sleep quality. the shower water temperature fluctuated and the hairdryer kept stopping during use.

The air conditioning did not work well, the room took hours to cool down. the bed was also hard. This made it difficult to sleep. the shower water temperature fluctuated, this was quite unpleasant.

i stayed for a few nights and my room was quite spacious. it had nice air conditioning controls (a relief in the summer heat!). the minibar was stocked with free soft drinks, a very welcome touch. the pool access was also a great bonus, nice for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing.
i did notice that the gym required a small fee for use, a bit unexpected.
